We are using Lotus Notes. I would like to set up the Home Page to be the Workspace (the square icons). This is what I mean:

I need to set this up via some central policy, so that ALL users in the company have the Workspace as their Home Page. AND, I would like to use some central policy to set up some default icons on the Workspace. So, ALL users in the whole company should have the Workspace as their Home Page, plus the Workspace should contain some default icons visible to everyone, plus people can still add their own icons. Is something like this possible, please? I can't find any help on this anywhere. Thanks.
